  • Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable. Repair services are available—please reach out to discuss options.

  • Orders over $100 ship free within the United States.
    Orders under $100 ship for $10 and all packages are insured.

    All pieces are carefully packaged and shipped with intention, ensuring they arrive safely and ready to be worn or gifted.

  • Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days.
    Custom and fine jewelry timelines vary and will be discussed during the consultation process.

  • All Alison Marie Jewelry pieces are designed and handmade by me, Ali Gilheany, in my studio in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

    I work primarily with sterling silver and 14kt gold fill, and also use brass and copper in select designs. Gemstones are personally sourced from small, family-run lapidaries whenever possible, with a focus on quality, ethics, and unique character.

    For custom fine jewelry projects, designs are created by me and produced in collaboration with trusted, U.S.-based casting and manufacturing partners. Final stone setting and finishing are completed by hand in my studio.

    Every piece—whether handcrafted at the bench or created through collaboration—is guided by care, intention, and respect for the materials.
