Welcome to Alison Marie Jewelry. By purchasing from this website or engaging in custom work, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, care, and a positive experience for both client and maker.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Jewelry

All Alison Marie Jewelry pieces are handcrafted and often one of a kind. Natural variations in gemstones, metal texture, patina, and finish are part of the beauty of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon for custom work. Custom orders require a deposit before work begins (see Custom Order Agreement below).

Shipping

Orders over $50 ship free within the United States.

Ready-to-wear pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and fine jewelry timelines vary and will be discussed during the design process.

Once an order has shipped, Alison Marie Jewelry is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn and in original condition.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help resolve it.

Repairs

Repair services are available for Alison Marie Jewelry pieces. Repair timelines and costs vary depending on the work required and will be discussed before any repairs begin.

Normal wear over time is expected and not considered a defect, but I’m always happy to help assess options to extend the life of your piece.

Custom Order Agreement

Custom jewelry is a collaborative, intentional process.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom work. This deposit secures materials, stone sourcing, and studio time. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipment or pickup.

Because custom pieces are made specifically for the client, all custom orders are final sale. Any changes requested after design approval may affect pricing and timeline.

Materials & Care Disclaimer

Jewelry should be worn with care. Alison Marie Jewelry is not responsible for damage caused by improper wear, exposure to chemicals, water, or impact.

Patina, surface wear, and subtle changes over time are a natural part of wearing handcrafted jewelry.
